About
Better known as Hazman Aziz, I have been accepted into Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information (Graduate School) in August 2006. It was just 6 months after my graduation from University of Wollongong, Australia with a Bachelor of Information, Communication & Technology (eBusiness Management). In NTU's WKW-SCI, I am reading Master of Science (Information Studies).
The development areas of information science is one of the interest area that I would like to explore to build the foundation to today knowledge economy. Currently, I am doing my thesis under the provision of Prof. Theng, investing FAQ system that a Library has to adopt to ensure knowledge is keep and able to dissemination in a proper way from the perspective of functional usability studies.
Two models, Technology Acceptance Model and LibQUAL will be used as a measuring tool to obtain a minimum criteria to define the Design, Development and Evaluation of a Library’s Enquiry Automatic Feedback (LEAF) system / Library FAQ System for library to adopt and enhance their reference services in the virtual world.
